Solicitor

Solicitor – Family and Civil/Commercial Litigation | Inverness (main office) with flexibility to work from any of the company's offices | Full Time, Standard office hours are 9:00-17:00, Monday to Friday, with options for hybrid or remote working | £40,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)

Our client is seeking a qualified Solicitor with experience in Family and/or Civil & Commercial Litigation.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a diverse caseload of family and civil/commercial litigation matters.
2. Provide legal advice and representation to clients.
3. Draft legal documents and correspondence.
4. Attend court hearings and negotiations.
5. Build and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications:

1. Qualified Solicitor with relevant experience.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Excellent organizational skills.
