Job summary

Service Care Solutions, on behalf of a well-established law firm in Hull, is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the growing Property team.

You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and related documentation, with a client-focused and supportive firm environment. Office-based in Hull initially, with flexibility as required. Excellent career development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction to completion.

Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive – Hull

Service Care Solutions are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Hull, who are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their growing Property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with experience in commercial property who is looking to develop their career within a friendly, supportive and client-focused firm. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, working with a range of clients and businesses.

Location: Hull / Office-based initially, with flexibility

Salary: £28,000 - £50,000+ per annum, depending on experience

Responsibilities as a Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive:

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters from initial instruction through to completion
• Handling acquisitions, disposals, leases, licenses and lease renewals
• Advising clients on commercial property transactions and related legal matters
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial leases and associated documentation
• Dealing with property sales and purchases, including due diligence and searches
• Managing transactions through to completion while ensuring deadlines are met
