Job description

You will manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision, working closely with senior solicitors and partners on more complex matters. This is a varied role offering hands-on experience across the full spectrum of private family law., Advising and representing clients in relation to:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial settlements and asset division
• Children matters (private law)
• Nuptial agreements
• Cohabitation disputes
• Attending client meetings, court hearings and conferences
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Engaging in settlement negotiations and mediation where appropriate
• Building strong client relationships through clear, empathetic communication
• Assisting with business development and networking opportunities
