Job summary

Sellick Partnership is assisting a Legal 500 recognised full-service firm in Farnham to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE. The role offers the chance to manage a varied caseload and work within a supportive team.

You will handle divorce and financial remedy matters, private children issues, and cohabitation disputes, contributing to the growth of the Family department.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Lawyer or Legal Executive with 4+ years' PQE in Family Law.
• Experience managing your own caseload of family matters.
• Strong technical knowledge across a range of family law issues.
• Proactive and personable approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of privately funded family matters.
• Advising clients on divorce and separation, financial remedy proceedings and matrimonial finances.
• Handling private children matters, including arrangements for children and associated disputes.
• Advising on cohabitation disputes and pre- and post-nuptial agreements, where appropriate.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to the ongoing success of the team.
