The role will comprise a mix of commercial real estate work but with a particular focus on Property Telecoms work, as follows:

  • Property telecoms work for our telecoms clients, which will include ongoing management of their portfolio of phone mast sites and acquisitions of additional sites. This will include working with our property telecoms team on large volume project specific site acquisitions and hands on direct client contact and client management.
  • Property investment work, including sales and purchases of a variety of assets and commercial leasing work acting for landlords relating to those assets.
  • Property finance work, typically acting for lenders though may also include some borrower work;
  • Commercial leasing work for a variety of tenant occupiers.
The role

Some existing experience of telecoms related property work is preferred. The successful candidate can expect to enjoy a large degree of autonomy commensurate with ability, taking transactions from beginning to end, including drafting/populating template documents, corresponding with other firms and direct client contact and management.

The position requires the ability to be well organised and handle a significant volume of work, sometimes to demanding deadlines. The team is small but supportive and there is an opportunity to work with colleagues who have experience and expertise across a breadth of property practice areas as well as with our property litigation team.

Candidate Profile

  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Exposure to property transactions relating to the telecoms sector would be preferred
