Recognised by both Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500, our highly respected team handles a broad range of complex and high-value clinical negligence claims, including cases involving spinal and brain injuries, delayed or missed diagnoses, surgical errors, and incorrect treatment. The team has also received individual and industry recognition for its work on high-profile and landmark cases.
We are looking for a qualified Solicitor with proven Clinical Negligence experience and a strong track record of managing their own caseload. Working alongside a dedicated team of Paralegals and Legal Assistants, you will provide exceptional client care while progressing cases through all stages of litigation, including trial where appropriate.
