About The Role
We are seeking a driven and dedicated Medical Negligence Solicitor to join our growing team in Bishop's Stortford, Chelmsford, or Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for a legal professional looking to advance their career by working on complex and high-value medical negligence cases within a well-established and respected firm.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional legal services: Manage your own caseload of medical negligence matters with autonomy and professionalism, ensuring high standards of client care.
- Enhance the firm’s reputation: Build and maintain a strong professional presence within the community through networking, thought leadership, and participation in local events.
- Leverage technology: Use modern legal tech tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and client service.
- Support business development: Contribute to the firm’s marketing efforts by attending events, delivering seminars, and producing insightful legal content.
What We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from candidates who meet most, if not all, of the following criteria:
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of 2 years PQE or equivalent experience (Grade C) in medical negligence law.
- A strong commitment to client service excellence, with a responsive and accessible approach.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, with a focus on delivering practical, client-focused solutions.
- A genuine interest in community engagement and contributing to the firm’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients and act as a reliable advisor.
