Do you want to join a global private equity firm as its 1st ever permanent legal hire?

Client

You will be working for a hugely exciting global private equity firm.

Role

You will undertake an extremely diverse and broad role. This role has been newly created by the business and so you will come in as their 1st ever dedicated legal hire. You will be part of the senior leadership team.

You will be given significant amounts of autonomy to run with your own matters from the off. You will have direct exposure to all levels of stakeholders from within the business including the board of directors.

You will be able to undertake significant elements of remote/home/flexible working in this hybrid role. The organisation has central London offices.

You

You will be a qualified UK Solicitor or Barrister with significant prior experience of both non-contentious AND contentious matters. Ideally you will have some relevant prior in-house experience. No sector specific experience is required.
