Job summary

Pertemps Gloucester Chiltern Industrial is seeking a Soldering & Crimping Operative in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire. The role is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a pay rate of £13.08 to £13.69 per hour.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 07:30–16:15 and Friday 07:30–12:15, with weekly pay and an established reputation for quality. You will hand solder, crimp wires, read drawings, follow instructions and assemble wiring harnesses in a busy production environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within wiring harness, cable assembly, electrical assembly or a similar industry.
• Strong soldering and/or machine or hand crimping experience.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and follow written instructions.
• A quality focused approach with pride in your work.
• Reliable, motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Successful completion of a practical trade test at interview stage.
