Job summary

Vibe Recruit is recruiting a Soldering/Production Operative for a well-established manufacturing site in Cwmbran, Wales. You will perform soldering on electronic components and assemblies, following detailed instructions and quality procedures to support production targets.

The role offers a four-day week, consistent hours, and a Monday–Thursday shift from 07:00 to 16:30. Previous soldering experience is essential and you will join a team focused on safety and quality in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Previous soldering experience is essential.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or electronics production environment.
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and processes.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
