FPSG has an exciting permanent opportunity for an Engineer to join a highly regarded 24/7 Support Service team at our client's site in Central Scotland.
This is your chance to become a key member of the shift team, providing advanced out-of-hours technical support for Solaris and AIX servers, ensuring full system availability and high-quality support.
We are looking for Engineers with experience in process optimization, customer satisfaction improvement, and technical troubleshooting. Your role will involve working closely with colleagues and customers, monitoring systems, and enhancing solutions with a focus on customer experience.
Strong teamwork is essential, as all members collaborate to meet Service Level Agreements and customer KPIs.
This position is based in Central Scotland, with shift patterns discussed at application to ensure a good work-life balance. The team provides full coverage for a 24-hour operation.
