Solar Solutions Sales Executive Position Summary:

Alpha Power Solutions LLC is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Solar Solutions Sales Executive to join our team in Massachusetts. Representing Freedom Forever, the largest residential solar provider in the USA, you will play a crucial role in guiding homeowners through the benefits of solar energy, offering tailored solutions, and driving company revenue. As a Solar Solutions Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of the renewable energy movement, helping customers save on their electric bills while positively impacting the environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell cutting-edge solar energy systems to new and existing residential customers.
  • Prospect and engage with potential homeowners using company-provided tools and data.
  • Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets within set timelines.
  • Educate customers on the financial and environmental advantages of adopting solar energy solutions from Freedom Forever.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Schedule and conduct follow-up appointments to maintain customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Create and deliver customized solar proposals and persuasive sales presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, customer service, or related fields (previous solar experience a plus).
  • Strong ability to build rapport, gain customer trust, and foster long-term relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to speak Spanish a plus.
  • Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to making a positive impact on the environment.
