Emerald Green Energy Ltd, a leading force in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a highly motivated Solar Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role requires you to visit customers in there homes to demonstrate energy saving products and battery storage systems , no cold calling required all appointments are made for you .
Responsibilities
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong partnerships with industry players who can provide consistent leads for the business.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring each lead is followed up, qualified, and converted into successful deals. Track interactions and sales progress using CRM systems.
- Sales Reporting: Report on sales performance, tracking key metrics and providing regular updates to management. Support strategic sales planning to improve conversion rates and client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing, customer support, and installation teams, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Administrative Responsibilities
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain and update CRM systems to track lead progress, client interactions, and sales conversions. Ensure data accuracy and timely follow-up.
- Administrative Support: Assist in handling client inquiries, scheduling meetings, and preparing relevant documentation. Help with administrative tasks such as preparing sales presentations, drafting contracts, and managing sales documentation.
- Meeting Coordination: Help with internal and external meeting scheduling, preparing agendas, and coordinating logistics.
Requirements
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in renewable energy or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English (both verbal and written) with excellent
- Administrative Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling administrative duties. Previous experience with CRM software and basic Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel for client meetings when necessary (approximately 10-20% of the time).
- Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who is comfortable making a high volume of sales calls, managing their own time, and working independently to meet sales targets.
