Description

Solar Sales Consultant


As a leader in the residential solar industry, Trinity Solar prides itself on understanding customer needs, providing top-notch service and support on installations, and contributing to a cleaner planet.


Solar is expected to grow 400% in the next 2 years, so now is the time to join our high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for candidates with approximately two to three years of sales experience. With uncapped commission and paid training, first-year reps average between $100k-$125k OTE.


Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and warm leads generated through marketing efforts and the Field Team
  • Conduct thorough discovery conversations to uncover customer pain points, challenges, and goals
  • Listen actively and ask relevant questions to gather comprehensive information
  • Present solutions that address the prospect's needs and align with their objectives
  • Overcome objections and negotiate terms to close sales
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas
  • Update CRM systems with detailed information from interactions
  • Prospect for new leads within the territory to maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Customize demonstrations to highlight relevant features
  • Address questions and concerns during and after demos to maintain interest

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience in industries such as Automotive, Construction, and Remodeling is highly desired
  • Ability to self-generate business through various techniques
  • Consistent over-achievement of quotas
  • Strong phone and in-home presence
  • Proficiency with CRM and video conferencing tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable transportation (own vehicle)
  • Cell phone with data plan
  • Effective listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
