Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled solar roofer for long-term contract work across Cumbria. You will install domestic solar panels in a two-person team with an Electrician, targeting one installation per day and earning a £100 bonus for every additional install.

The role is CIS, Outside IR35, with earnings potential driven by the base hourly rate (£18-£20) and performance bonuses. You must have solar installation experience and a valid CSCS card, and be comfortable working

Qualifications

• Confident roofer with solar installation experience.
• Valid CSCS card is required.
• Comfortable working at height and in a small two-person team.
• Able to commute within Cumbria or nearby areas.

Responsibilities

• Installation of domestic solar panels.
• Work in a two-person team with an Electrician.
• Target at 1 install per day, with £100 bonus per additional install.
• Long-term contract work under CIS, Outside IR35.
