KPI Recruiting Ltd is recruiting a Solar Roof Installer for Coventry. The role involves installing Solar PV systems on residential properties as part of a small installation team, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer service.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, with 40–48 hours per week. A permanent, full-time position offers 33 days holiday and a 5% pension. Training and progression opportunities are available as the division expands.

Qualifikationen

• Solar PV installation experience is essential.
• Roofing experience is required.
• CSCS Card is required.
• Working at Height certification is required.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Good understanding of health and safety is essential.
• Reliable, hardworking and a good team player.

Aufgaben

• Install Solar PV systems on residential properties as part of a 2–3 person team.
• Prepare roofs, including tile removal/replacement when needed.
• Work safely at height and use hand and power tools.
• Support electrical colleagues during installations.
• Carry out site safety checks and maintain a tidy working environment.
• Complete installations efficiently while upholding high standards.
• Provide excellent customer service at customers' homes.

The Role

Working as part of a 2-3 person installation team, you'll be responsible for installing Solar PV systems on residential properties, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

• Installing roof mounting systems and Solar PV panels on domestic properties
• Preparing roofs, including removing and replacing tiles where required
• Working safely at height
• Using hand and power tools
• Supporting electrical colleagues during installations
• Carrying out site safety checks and maintaining a tidy working environment
• Completing installations efficiently while maintaining high standards
• Providing excellent customer service when working at customers' homes

What We're Looking For

• Previous Solar PV installation experience - ESSENTIAL
• Previous roofing experience
• CSCS Card
• Working at Height certification
• Confident using hand and power tools
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Good understanding of health and safety
• Reliable, hardworking and a good team player
