Zusammenfassung

Power Up North London is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the technical delivery of solar and retrofit projects across London. The role is hybrid, with at least one day a week at the Power Up office and regular site visits.

You will own scope, quality, budget and programme, run gates, manage the technical supply chain, procure contractors, and mentor volunteers while maintaining CDM 2015 and health & safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Chartered status in a relevant built-environment discipline.
• At least 5 years leading technically complex design-and-construction projects.
• Experience with staged/gated delivery frameworks and go/no-go decisions.

Aufgaben

• Lead delivery: own scope, quality, sequencing, budget and programme across several concurrent solar and retrofit projects.
• Run the project gates and prepare gate papers for go/no-go decisions.
• Manage the technical supply chain: surveys, grid connections, procurement, commissioning and handover.
• Procure and manage contractors: specify requirements, run tenders and evaluate bids.
• Assure quality: sign off designs and as-built information.
• Deploy volunteers: assign briefs and review outputs.
• Manage risk and safety: maintain risk registers and CDM 2015 compliance.
• Report clearly: translate technical detail into decision-ready reports for executives and funders.
