Job summary

Project Partners are recruiting a Solar & Renewables Project Manager for the Cambridgeshire area. The role is permanent, full-time with a hybrid pattern (3 days on-site, 2 remote) and a salary of up to £65,000 plus a car allowance.

You will oversee on-site delivery of solar and renewables projects, leading site teams and coordinating with clients, landowners and subcontractors to meet programme, budget and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in on-site construction and client delivery, ideally within solar, renewables, utilities or infrastructure.
• Strong Health & Safety and construction compliance knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence.
• SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS or equivalent desirable.
• Renewable energy, electrical, civils or construction qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Site & Programme Delivery: Manage day-to-day construction activities across solar and renewable projects.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the key operational contact for the client during construction and provide progress updates.
• Team & Contractor Management: Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, productivity and programme.
• Safety, Quality & Compliance: Maintain H&S standards and ensure RAMS, inspections and snagging are completed.
• Commercial, Risk & Reporting: Monitor productivity and risks, support variations and maintain site records.
