Job summary

Cobalt Consulting (UK) Ltd is seeking a Candidate Manager to support residential rooftop Solar PV projects, with 1–2 years of UK experience. You’ll work across design, delivery and operations, gaining hands-on exposure in site surveys, O&M and energy management.

The role sits in a small, collaborative team with hybrid office/site working and opportunities to develop your career in renewable energy. Travel to sites nationwide is required and a competitive salary will be offered based on

Qualifications

1-2 years' experience within the UK commercial Solar PV industry.
Experience working on commercial or industrial rooftop Solar PV projects.
Some exposure to Solar PV design (preferred).
An understanding of project delivery, O&M or technical support.
Strong organisational skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
A genuine desire to learn and build a long-term career in renewable energy.

Responsibilities

Support delivery of commercial rooftop Solar PV projects from design through to completion.
Assist with Solar PV layouts, technical documentation and design activities.
Support project managers with project delivery and site coordination.
Assist with site visits, inspections and technical surveys.
Support the O&M team with system monitoring and maintenance coordination.
Liaise with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
Provide support across the wider business wherever required.
