Northumbria University and CrowdHouse Energy are offering a 24-month fixed-term KTP Associate post to lead a project developing mounting solutions for solar PV, drawing on materials science, numerical modelling and design for manufacture.

The post-holder will translate between university academics and industry, manage project delivery to plan and KTP requirements, and present outputs to clients and senior management.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related) with experience, or master's in related field
• Hands-on FEM and CFD experience required
• Experience on multidisciplinary projects with diverse teams and stakeholders

Mansioni

• Take ownership of the KTP project and deliver to plan and KTP requirements
• Undertake research, design, development, implementation and project management
• Translate between CHE and NU academic teams to benefit all partners
• Present research outputs to CHE management, clients and NU academics
