Northumbria University, in partnership with CrowdHouse Energy (CHE) Ltd, is seeking a KTP Associate to lead a 24-month project on innovative solar PV mounting solutions. The role integrates materials science, advanced computational modelling and design for manufacture, with supervision from NU academics and CHE stakeholders.

Qualifications

• An excellent academic qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related field at bachelor's level is essential.
• A PhD in a related field would be desirable.

Responsabilités

• Develop understanding of the strategic aims of the CHE–NU collaboration and the KTP project.
• Undertake research, design, development, implementation and project management.
• Take ownership of the KTP project and deliver against the project plan and KTP requirements.
• Document progress and complete KTP records.
• Present outputs to CHE management, clients and NU academics.
