Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 FTE plus benefits, depending on experience

Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 Hours per week

Eco2Solar is pleased to announce a new opportunity for a Lead Solar PV Installer to join the UK’s largest and most successful Solar PV installer, based in Glasgow and covering Scotland.

About the role

We are seeking experienced Solar PV Installer Leads to join Eco2 Solar, leading two-person teams across Scotland. You will be a key member of our Solar PV installation team, ensuring high-quality work and excellent customer service for new build residential and commercial solar PV installations, including flat and pitched roofs. You will collaborate with our skilled Solar PV electricians, traveling across Scotland and occasionally Northern England to complete installations.

Your responsibilities include adhering to the highest health, safety, and quality standards, and actively promoting a positive safety culture. Working alongside our Installations Manager, you will contribute to training and upskilling Solar PV Labourers. At Eco2 Solar, we focus on clear expectations and constructive feedback to support team development, rather than micromanaging through KPIs.
