Job summary

Flagship Services, part of Bromford Flagship Livewest, is hiring a Labourer to support Solar PV installations across customers' homes in Norwich. You will join the Operational team to install panels, assist roofing tasks, and help deliver renewable energy solutions that reduce environmental impact.

The role suits someone with labouring, roofing or construction experience who wants to grow in the fast‑growing renewable energy sector within housing.

Qualifications

• Experience in labouring, roofing, construction or similar operational roles.
• Exposure to Solar PV installation and mounting systems.
• Ability to read plans and apply them practically.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements, especially at height.
• Basic IT skills to record work and order materials.
• Ability to manage workload to deadlines.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Pride in maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Support installation of Solar PV panels and mounting systems.
• Assist with roof preparation, repairs, weatherproofing.
• Support installation of battery storage systems.
• Carry out multi-skilled tasks to complete projects.
• Work safely and follow health and safety procedures at height.
• Maintain clean, safe, tidy environments.
• Record work completed and manage materials in company systems.
• Collaborate to deliver excellent customer service and workmanship.
