Birchwell Associates Ltd is recruiting a Solar PV Electrician to work across Bristol and the South West on domestic and commercial solar projects. You will handle electrical installation, testing and commissioning from start to finish.

Ideal candidates will have proven Solar PV experience, 18th Edition, and a full UK driving licence, with the ability to work independently on site and maintain high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified electrician with practical Solar PV experience
• Proven testing, inspection and fault-finding skills
• Experience in residential or commercial PV installations

Responsibilities

• Install Solar PV systems on domestic and commercial sites
• Cable AC/DC wiring and connections
• Install and commission inverters
• Test, certify and troubleshoot systems
• Work with battery storage and related components
• Ensure compliance with electrical regulations and safety standards
• Collaborate with roofing, installation and project teams
• Deliver professional service on customer sites
