Are you an Electrical Project Manager with an interest or experience in Commercial Solar PV? Innotech Partners is working alongside a rapidly growing company within the renewables sector, and they have an opportunity for the right candidate to start in the new year.

The suitable candidate will have experience in Commercial Solar PV—either Domestic Solar PV or Electrical Project Management experience would be considered.

Our client is looking for a Project Manager who can start immediately on this project and future projects. This company is growing fast and is seeking the right people to join their team!

Key Activities:

1. Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
2. Define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
3. Identify and manage project risks.
4. Coordinate and manage project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
5. Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project milestones.
6. Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and technical specifications.
7. Maintain open and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and regulatory bodies.
8. Provide regular progress reports and updates.
9. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
10. Resolve issues or obstacles that arise during project execution.
11. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the projects.
12. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and properly stored.
13. Submit project status reports to stakeholders within agreed timelines.

The Candidate:

The right candidate will have experience in Commercial Solar PV, be willing to stay away during the week, and be able to work professionally with clients and team members.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in renewable energy projects.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and markets.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and environmental standards.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
