Job Description: Electrician - Renewable Energy Sector

This is a hybrid role requiring time at our client's office in London and travel to their site in North Wales.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified and certified Electrician meeting required standards and accreditation, with experience of MCS accreditation and at least 5 years in the renewable energy sector, specifically with solar PV, hybrid inverters, and preferably BESS.
• Proficient in PV Syst or similar yield forecasting software.
• Experienced with CAD, capable of preparing solar PV layout drawings, and familiar with shadow analysis.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site construction and project management.
• Preparing electrical survey reports for new projects and integrating with existing infrastructure.
• Engaging with DNO and experience as a solar PV installer is advantageous.
• Communicating effectively and presenting proposals to director-level clients.

This role involves UK and European travel. The job location is based at the London office with a hybrid/work-from-home model, with travel to North Wales project sites.
