SOLAR DIVISION

We are Solar PV installation specialists with over 10 years’ experience, operating throughout the UK.

Job Purpose / Primary Objective

Reporting to the Installation Director, the primary objective of the Project Manager is to plan and coordinate renewable energy and Solar PV panel installation projects from inception to completion.

Key responsibilities

The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Planning projects according to client needs, including setting goals, defining roles, and creating schedules and timelines.
  2. Leading and motivating project teams from internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Managing projects to ensure they stay on track and within budget.
  4. Identifying and managing risks to ensure timely delivery, implementing necessary changes as needed.
  5. Reporting regularly to management and clients.
  6. Delivering quality service to meet performance standards, contractual KPIs, and SLAs.
  7. Ensuring all Health and Safety policies are followed at all times.

Relationships

To be effective, the Solar Project Manager should:

  1. Maintain good working relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and senior management.
  2. Work efficiently as part of a team.
  3. Communicate effectively across departments.

Person Specification

To succeed, the Solar Project Manager should have:
