Astute’s Renewables team is partnering with a UK based renewable energy company who specialises in the development, construction and operation of utility scale solar projects, to recruit a project manager to be based in the Warrington area.

The project manager role comes with a starting salary of �55,000 plus benefits

Responsibilities and duties

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will:

* Manage the projects from the sales department handover, throughout the project lifecycle and finally to the customer and their maintenance team.
* To be aware of planning applications and to complete prior to construction beginning.
* Develop project plans, ensuring timelines, budgets and resources are allocated effectively.
* Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, to make sure work is completed to schedule.
* To make sure complete project compliance, in line with CDM 2015
* Maintain project documentation, including, RAMS, fire and emergency plans and traffic management documents.
* Conduct quality assurance reviews on a regular basis.
* Conduct project meeting and provide projects updates

Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:

* Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar
* Project Management experience within utility scale solar
* Local authority planning application experience
* Knowledge of CDM regulations

The project manager would suit someone who is:

* Excellent organisation skills
* Fantastic communication, across verbal and written platforms
* Able to work effectively and to tight deadlines
