Job summary

A global main contractor in Kent is seeking an experienced EPC Solar Project Manager. The ideal candidate will manage the full project lifecycle, oversee a diverse project team, and coordinate multiple subcontractors. Strong experience in managing complex engineering projects, particularly in Mechanical and Electrical disciplines, is essential. Leadership and excellent communication skills are required for this role.

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors across Civils, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines.
• Conduct regular weekly / bi-weekly site visits with transportation provided.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project delivery standards.

Overview

EPC Solar Project Manager required for a Global Main Contractor in Kent.

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing multiple sub-contractors (Civil, Mechanical & Electrical) onsite and have Solar Project experience of 50MW+.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through to completion.
• Oversee a project team including an HSE Manager, QA Manager, Site Managers, and Construction Managers.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors across Civils, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines.
• Conduct regular weekly / bi-weekly site visits (with transportation provided).
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project delivery standards.
