Sigma is seeking a highly motivated Solar PPM Project Manager to oversee nationwide solar PV maintenance programmes from Castleford, operating in a hybrid model. You will manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships while ensuring safety, compliance and high asset performance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) contracts.
• Strong client relationship management and budget control.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and health & safety legislation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning and delivery of national solar PV maintenance programmes.
• Coordinate engineers and subcontractors across multiple locations.
• Ensure KPI targets, SLAs and compliance standards are met.
• Review maintenance reports, inspection results, and performance data.
