The Role

As a Solar Panel Installer at Geowarmth, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining renewable energy systems, focusing on solar PV and solar thermal technologies. Your role will involve working on a diverse range of projects, from small residential installations to large-scale commercial systems.

This position will require travel across the North of England, with occasional overnight stays depending on project locations. Geowarmth provides accommodation and overnight allowances as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install, test, and maintain solar PV and solar thermal systems.
  • Electrical Integration: Carry out electrical work associated with renewable energy installations.
  • System Commissioning: Ensure systems meet performance specifications and comply with regulations.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service and explain system operations.
  • Site Management: Work on various types of projects, including domestic and commercial.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and project managers.
