Job summary

Net Zero Evolution is seeking a Solar PV Maintenance Electrician to service commercial solar PV sites nationwide from a home-based/field role, primarily across Reading and the South of England. You will perform preventative maintenance, fault finding and testing, and contribute to improving system reliability.

As you grow, you will gain expertise in battery storage and EV charging, supported by a strong technical team and ongoing training. A company vehicle is included.

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 3 electrical qualification and current 18th Edition.
• Hands-on experience with commercial solar PV installation, commissioning or maintenance.
• Ability to fault find, inspect and test AC/DC systems on-site.
• Able to read technical drawings and write accurate maintenance reports.
• Willing to travel across the South of England.

Job Title: Solar PV Maintenance Electrician

Salary: £40k to £42k + Company Vehicle + Training + Benefits

Location: Home Based/Field Based, covering Reading and surrounding areas

If you're an experienced electrician with a passion for renewable energy, this is your chance to join a true market leader that has delivered clean energy solutions for over 20 years. This is more than a maintenance role. You'll build your expertise across solar PV, battery storage and EV charging, with the flexibility of home based working and the backing of an experienced technical team.
