Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in solar PV installation.
• Confident working on roof and ground mount systems.
• Knowledge of micro and string inverters and monitoring setup.
• General construction experience (roofing, electrical, carpentry).
• Awareness of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and ensure installations are completed to specification.
• Assemble solar arrays, manage roof penetrations, install equipment.

The Role:
Reporting to the Lead Installer, you will be part of an experienced team delivering photovoltaic systems. The role focuses on completing installations to a high standard of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Activities:
• Reviewing project plans and ensuring installations are completed to specification
• Assembling solar arrays, managing any roof penetrations, installing equipment, and configuring monitoring systems
• Upholding quality assurance processes with an emphasis on safety
• Identifying and resolving any technical or operational issues
• Communicating professionally with clients and addressing questions or concerns
