Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Service Engineer with generator experience to receive comprehensive internal training on solar and EV charging systems. You will operate on a national patch from Grantham, servicing solar powered generators.

The role offers a £40,000 base with overtime up to £44,000 OTE, a company van and 33 days holiday, with progression opportunities as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Electrical background with generator experience.
• Willingness to learn solar and EV charging systems.
• Full UK driving licence (implied by van provision).

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintaining a range of solar powered generators.
• Full internal training on solar systems and EV charging systems.
• Covering a national patch for planned and reactive maintenance.
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm; up to 5 hours of overtime weekly.
