Job summary
BELECTRIC UK, part of Elevion Group, is seeking a Solar Farm Site Manager to lead our Atherstone site. The role involves extensive UK travel with regular overnight stays and permanent employment.
The successful candidate will have strong site management experience in utility-scale solar PV, CSCS Black card, and relevant certificates (TW/STMS, First Aid, Fire Marshal, asbestos awareness). A company vehicle and health cover are provided.
Qualifications
- Experience leading solar farm/site construction projects.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK with overnight stays.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple contractors and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead solar farm site activities and ensure safety compliance.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and schedules.
- Report progress to project leadership and manage on-site risks.
