Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Solar Farm Labourers to join our expanding renewable energy projects across East Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled labourers with solar farm experience to work on cutting-edge renewable energy installations.

Essential Requirements

Experience & Skills

Minimum 2+ years labouring experience in construction/utilities

Solar farm project experience essential - understanding of solar installation processes

CSCS Card mandatory (valid and current)

Strong understanding of health & safety protocols on construction sites

Experience with cable pulling, trenching, and groundworks

Knowledge of solar panel installation support and site preparation

Ability to work with hand tools and basic construction equipment

Physical Requirements

Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces

Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment

Stamina for long working days on active construction sites

Key Responsibilities

Solar Farm Construction Support

Assist with solar panel mounting and installation

Follow all health & safety procedures and site protocols

Maintain clean and organized work areas

Assist with quality control and site inspections
