Job summary

CRG TEC is recruiting a Solar Engineer to own the commissioning of commercial/industrial solar PV projects across the UK. This role supports the Midlands-focused operations, handling installations from 50kW to multi-megawatt scales and helping to develop the company’s O&M offering.

The ideal candidate has an electrical background with experience on large installations, is willing to travel nationally, and holds a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience commissioning commercial or industrial solar PV systems.
• A qualified electrical background.
• Experience with larger commercial and industrial installations (not domestic).
• Happy travelling nationally as projects require.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Commission solar PV systems on commercial or industrial sites.
• Take ownership of commissioning and contribute to the O&M offering.
• Travel nationally to project sites as required.
