Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced subcontractors as domestic Solar Electrician Installation and Services Partners to join our Solar division, focusing on SICRs, GN99, and GN98 installations and quoting. This role offers an excellent opportunity for self-employed electricians to leverage a professional vehicle, collaborate with a reputable company, and deliver outstanding service. Job Types: Full-time
Pay: £50,000 - £72,000 per year
Expected hours: Flexible; full commitment recommended to maximize pay; out-of-hours callouts are optional.

Qualifications:
- Level 3 Award in Electrical Installations (18th Edition)
- C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing or 2394/5
- C&G 236 Part 1 & 2 or equivalent
- EV Charging 2921 - 2931 (preferred)
- NICEIC approved or equivalent (preferred)
- NAPIT accreditation (preferred)
- Solar 2399-11
Experience & Knowledge:
- 5+ years as a qualified electrician
- Inspection, testing, and commissioning solar installations
- Experience with 3-phase light commercial systems (preferred)
- EV charging point installations (preferred)
- Solar industry experience
- Design software such as Solar Edge, Easy PV
- Quoting and customer service skills
- Job management and certification software (e.g., Icertify)
- Mentoring apprentices and newly qualified electricians
- Experience in domestic solar services
