Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is wiring Solar Electricians in Farnborough to gain 2391 certification and progress to a Qualified Supervisor. You’ll work on solar PV installations locally, with autonomy on-site and support for training and progression.

The role offers a £45k–£50k salary, a van, OT, and funded 2391 training within a growing renewables team, plus holidays and a pension. Flexible hybrid on-site work in the Farnborough area is available.

Are you a Solar Electrician looking to gain your 2391 Test & Inspection with full company support, and then step up to Qualified Supervisor level in a small, close-knit team?

In this role you will work on solar projects independently on site, turning your hand to whatever the week demands. You will be supported through your 2391 Test & Inspection and then given the training and mentoring to take on technical and compliance ownership of the company's solar work, working towards holding QS status for the business.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Electrician with hands-on solar PV experience who is ready to take the next step in their career and wants to gain their 2391. They need to be commutable to Farnborough and have a full UK driving licence.
