Entry-Level Solar Sales Representative

Locations: Massachusetts

Nexis Power LLC is looking for driven individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Solar Sales Representatives. Based in Connecticut and Massachusetts, we've earned the title of Forbes #1 solar installation company in Boston for two years running. This is your chance to step into the solar industry, grow your skills, and make an impact with a top-tier crew.

Role

You're technically a sales rep, but that title doesn't even scratch the surface. You're the spark that ignites a world of savings and control for your customer's financial life for years to come. Here's what you would be doing:

  • Hitting the streets (or the phones) to find leads
  • Sharing solar knowledge with homeowners in the MA area
  • Locking in appointments and handing off the baton to our Solar Sales pros
  • Smashing sales goals like it's no big deal

Responsibilities

  • Lead the charge on finding and chasing down prospects in MA
  • Build that trust with clients and turn maybes into yeses
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of what Nexis offers: products, trends, rebates, all of it
  • Represent our Forbes-topped brand with integrity and honesty

Requirements

  • Zero solar know-how? No sweat, we'll teach you everything you need to know
  • You’ve got the gift of gab and can handle all sorts of personalities
  • Self-motivated characteristics play a huge role in this work
  • Cool with a fast-paced environment and flexible enough to withstand changes in a growing company
  • You'll need a license and access to a vehicle to get to different areas.

Location

  • Massachusetts fieldwork with some in-person/virtual meetings

Availability

  • Tuesday to Saturdays

Salary

  • $400/Week base + uncapped commission (we're talking $+80K potential, year one, if you've got what it takes)
