In London, offering hybrid working, they’re looking to hire an experienced Solace Engineer, an expert to support their Solace PubSub+ applications and drive the growth of this area.

Working in a small, agile, Messaging team, you’ll have real ownership over your work and be regarding as the technical expert in London.

As well as the day to day, you’ll have the opportunity to work on expanding monitoring with projects across Grafana and Prometheus, data centre and hardware projects and even networking and latency.

Requirements:

• Strong experience administering Solace PubSub+ messaging systems.
• Excellent background in production support, ideally in a 24 / 7 enterprise environment.
• Experience working with distributed systems over WAN.
• A good understanding of networking, latency, and failover strategy.
• Experience of Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring.
• Experience with capacity management, performance tuning, and system scaling.
• Familiarity with Linux and scripting (Bash, Python, etc.)
• Any knowledge of DevOps tools such as Kubernetes, Cloud and automation would be ideal
