Job summary

Frontier Agriculture Ltd.’s Precision Services team is seeking self-employed contractors in the Bourne area to carry out soil sampling and related in-field services across the Lincs region. You’ll own an ATV, work mostly alone and provide a professional service to farmer clients year-round, outdoors in all conditions.

Qualifications

• Must own an ATV and be able to operate it safely.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills are essential.
• Full UK driving licence ideally with trailer entitlement.

Responsibilities

• Field services including GPS soil sampling.
• Handling of digital data and maps.
• Management and planning of customer orders and schedules.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Clear communication via phone and on farm.
• Active participation in health and safety to align with Frontier's policy.
