Our Back-End Engineering team is at the heart of this venture, focused on delivering a great banking experience to our customers. We're looking for curious, collaborative, and technology-passionate individuals. Our team works on specific products and projects, with opportunities to move between them based on your strengths and interests. Projects include fraud prevention, investments, identity services, money transfers, card payments, core banking, insurance products, reward campaigns, call-center innovations, and more.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end solutions using cloud-native microservice architecture, leveraging latest technologies and industry best practices.
• Design, estimate costs, and implement technical solutions in Java/Kotlin.
• Write unit, component, integration, end-to-end, and performance tests.
• Support products throughout their lifecycle, including production and incident management.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Formal training or certification in Java programming, with advanced proficiency.
• Recent professional experience as a back-end software engineer in an agile, customer-facing environment.
• Experience with JVM languages (Java/Scala/Kotlin), preferably Java 8+.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, web technologies, and relational databases.
• Experience across all software development lifecycle stages.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, diverse, and distributed team environment.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Technically curious, versatile, and solution-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with messaging frameworks (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience with automation in CI/CD pipelines.
