Software Trainer (MS Copilot, M365) - £60,000-£75,000+Bens – London/hybrid

Due to exciting investment and growth, we are seeking a highly experienced, skilled, and motivated Software Trainer (MS Copilot, M365) to join our IT department at Chaucer.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing user adoption and proficiency with Microsoft Copilot, and with other applications, particularly around the Cloud migration.

As our Software Trainer (MS Copilot, M365), you will play a crucial role in driving the successful adoption of Copilot within organizations. Your primary responsibility will be to create and implement a robust adoption plan, ensuring that users effectively leverage Copilot’s capabilities, promoting its benefits and best practices, and providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.

On a daily basis, our Software Trainer (MS Copilot, M365) will be responsible for:

1. Developing and executing a user adoption strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
2. Training early adopters and champions within the organization to become advocates and mentors.
3. Designing and developing training materials, including user guides, video tutorials, and interactive e-learning modules.
4. Facilitating workshops and hands-on training sessions to ensure users can effectively utilize Microsoft Copilot features.
5. Customizing content based on different user roles and skill levels.
6. Collaborating with teams to identify and prioritize scenarios where Copilot can add value.
7. Understanding user needs and tailoring adoption plans accordingly.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Software Trainer (MS Copilot, M365) looking for an exciting career move. Copilot experience is not crucial; what is important is a strong M365 training background and fantastic communication skills. All roles with Chaucer are initially 12 month Fixed Term Contracts, though there is every chance of becoming Permanent. This is a hybrid role with 2 or 3 days a week in the London office.
