We're working with a fast-growing tech business in London that is looking for a confident and people-focused Software Trainer to join their team.

In this role, you'll design and deliver effective training sessions for both clients and internal users, helping them get the most from a powerful and user-friendly software platform. You'll be confident leading sessions in person and online, and enjoy helping others understand and use technology with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver interactive and engaging software training sessions for users at all levels
2. Create clear training materials, user guides, and e-learning content
3. Run onboarding sessions, webinars, and workshops for clients and teams
4. Gather user feedback to continuously improve training delivery
5. Collaborate with product and customer success teams to stay informed on platform updates and user needs

Skills and Experience:

1. Proven experience delivering software training (ideally within SaaS or B2B platforms)
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills
3. Ability to adapt training approaches for different audiences and learning styles
4. Proficiency with tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and LMS platforms
5. Highly organised, self-motivated, and collaborative
