We focus on delivering improved compliance, cost efficiency, and enhanced quality for sophisticated and complex organisations across the UK.

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Software Trainer to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients have a seamless onboarding experience and are fully equipped to maximize the value of our SaaS platform. You will deliver training sessions, create educational materials, and act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase, ensuring client success from the outset.

Key responsibilities:

Client Onboarding:

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they are set up for success.
  • Customize onboarding plans to meet client-specific needs and use cases.
  • Conduct kickoff meetings, system configuration, and initial data imports as required.

Training Delivery:

  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions for individuals and groups, both online and in-person.
  • Develop and maintain training resources, including user guides, video tutorials, and FAQs.
  • Ensure clients understand how to use the software effectively to meet their goals.

Client Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients during onboarding, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and adoption milestones are achieved.
  • Work closely with sales, support, and product teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding.
  • Provide feedback to the product team on user experiences and feature requests.

Metrics & Reporting:

  • Track and report on onboarding progress, client satisfaction, and training effectiveness.
  • Identify trends and suggest improvements to the onboarding process.

Skills & experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in a training, onboarding, or customer success role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*- C)
  • Learning & Development / Training qualifications (e.g. CIPD, TAP or equivalent)
  • Experience of project systems implementation, e.g. rollout of new or upgraded software solutions
  • Experienced in learning and development, through all stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE)
  • Experience in delivering training to different audiences, using different learning methods and techniques, with the ability to understand emerging and bespoke solutions
  • Effective communicator, including delivering impactful and engaging presentations, face to face training and presence in meetings
  • Proficient in using SaaS platforms; ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Familiarity with CRM, LMS, or customer success tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight).
