Our client is looking for a large number of Technology Testers and are considering both Contract and Permanent resources. The rate/salary depends on your experience, ranging from 3 to 30 years.

Responsibilities include:

• Manual testing: executing test cases, focusing on UI/UX, functionality, user stories, and regression.
• Using tools such as Excel, TestRail, Zephyr, Jira, and Quality Center.
• Creating and executing automated test scripts.
• Improving test coverage and speeding up regression cycles.

Tools and Technologies:

• UFT (Unified Functional Testing) – enterprise tool for functional/regression testing (VBScript).
• Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright, TestComplete, Ranorex, Robot Framework.

SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test):

• Hybrid role involving development and testing.
• Writing testing frameworks and contributing to production code.
• Building integration and end-to-end automation pipelines.

Performance / Load Testing:

• Simulating real-world load and stress on systems.
• Ensuring system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Tools include JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, Neoload.

Additional testing areas include:

• Functional Testing: verifying software functions as per requirements.
• Integration Testing: ensuring modules interact correctly, testing APIs, databases, and service flows.
• Security and Penetration Testing: ethical hacking to find vulnerabilities; certifications like CEH, OSCP, CISSP are advantageous.
• Vulnerability Testing: scanning for known vulnerabilities, collaborating with SecOps and DevSecOps.
• Security QA / Secure Code Testing: ensuring secure coding standards (OWASP Top 10).
• Test Management: overseeing testing across teams, stakeholder communication, budgeting, vendor selection, designing frameworks, advising on tools and scaling automation.
• API Testing: validating REST/SOAP APIs, focusing on mobile app quality across Android/iOS using Appium, XCUITest, TestFairy.
• Data / ETL Testing: validating data pipelines with SQL, Informatica, Talend, SSIS, Snowflake; testing models for accuracy, bias, and ethical AI compliance.
