QA Manual Tester

Norwich

Salary: £40-45k

Currently looking for a QA Tester with experience that combines both business analysis and quality assurance responsibilities to ensure efficient, high-quality software development. You will also act as a bridge between management, stakeholders, and the development team - streamlining requirements gathering, defining clear processes, and rigorously testing new features.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Translate business needs to developers
  2. Process documentation
  3. Working with developers to understand technical restraints
  4. Manual testing on new features and fixes

About You

We're looking for someone who can streamline requirements gathering, define clear processes, and test new features.

  1. Proven experience in a BA or QA Tester role (both would be good!)
  2. Agile and Jira ticketing systems
  3. Familiarity with test code design and defect tracking
  4. Process improvement initiatives (desirable)
  5. Confident liaising with non-technical stakeholders and technical teams
  6. A collaborative mindset and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
