Job summary

CMTG is seeking a Software Test Engineer to join our team and help design, develop, and deliver agile software test solutions for our condition monitoring products. You will focus on creating robust tests, validating requirements, and contributing to automation efforts to improve quality and efficiency.

This role emphasizes problem solving, collaboration across engineering teams, and continuous learning within a hybrid UK-based environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile working practices and Atlassian Cloud tools.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem solving skills.
• Interest in software testing and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Test Planning, Design & Execution including manual and automated tests.
• Review requirements and user stories for clarity and testability.
• Design and maintain test cases; perform functional, regression and integration testing.
• Set up and maintain test environments and data.
• Contribute to automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Identify issues and drive process improvements in testing.
