The role involves designing automated test suites across API/UI, integrating with CI/CD, and contributing to test strategy, performance, and security testing.

Qualifications

• Strong automation experience with modern frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Rust.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman or RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes or other containerised environments.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset with a passion for quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks across API, UI, integration, and regression layers.
• Develop scalable automated test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement shift-left testing and improve code quality.
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear steps and technical insight.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to engineering teams.
• Contribute to test strategy including data management and environment optimisation.
• Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions for continuous improvement.
• Support performance, load, and security testing where required.
